ITU ranked 76th globally and 1st among public universities in Türkiye in the newly announced THE Interdisciplinary Science Rankings (ISR), which were revealed to the public for the first time for interdisciplinary scientific research conducted.
ITU hosted the International Ali Qushji Symposium, organized on the occasion of UNESCO's declaration of 2024 as the Year of Ali Qushji, at Maçka Campus on 19-20 November 2024.
ITU ranked 204th in the world and first place in Türkiye in the 2025 Global University Employability Rankings (GEURS) prepared by the human resources consultancy firm Emerging and announced by Times Higher Education (THE).
