THEQC 2024 Institutional Accreditation Training at ITU

“2024 Evaluator Training for Institutional Accreditation and External Evaluation Programs” meeting, hosted by ITU and organized by THEQC, took place at ITU Taşkışla Campus on September 5, 2024.

Istanbul Technical University (ITU) hosted the “2024 Evaluator Training for Institutional Accreditation and External Evaluation Programs” meeting, organized by the Turkish Higher Education Quality Council (THEQC). The training program attended by evaluators from different higher education institutions took place at ITU Taşkışla Campus on September 5, 2024. 

At the opening of the event, where the role of quality assurance in the development of high-quality educational environments was emphasized, our Rector Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal expressed the opportunities offered by technological developments for the university ecosystem and drew attention to the innovative possibilities these opportunities provide to academic education and quality assurance systems. 

The day-long training program included presentations on the current situation in our country and studies to be carried out in the field of quality assurance.
