Archery Championship Success of Our Students

ITU students ranked 3rd in Türkiye in the women’s recurve bow and men’s compound bow categories in UNILIG Indoor Archery competition.

Istanbul Technical University (ITU) students impress with their success in different sports competitions. UNILIG Indoor Archery Türkiye Championship held in Samsun on February 18-22, 2024 was attended by 203 athletes from 36 universities. The championship was completed after the individual rankings were announced.

In the UNILIG Indoor Archery Competition held in Samsun İlkadım Archery Facility, our Women’s Recurve Bow team made up of Ayşe Beren Yıldız, Ayşe İrem Sağlam, Nur Sena Öncü and our Men’s Compound Bow team made up of Şevval Özer, Mehmet Talha Gül, Muhammed Said Gören ranked 3rd in Türkiye.
