Best Paper Award to Our Student from ASME

ITU Department of Mechanical Engineering Ph.D. student Cem Turutoğlu received “Best Paper Award” at ASME IMECE 2023 event held in the USA.

Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Ph.D. student Cem Turutoğlu was awarded the “Best Paper Award” by the Fluid Mechanics Technical Committee for the paper he presented at the International Mechanical Engineering Congress held in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA on 29 October-2 November 2023 by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

Cem Turutoğlu’s award-winning article prepared with ITU Department of Mechanical Engineering faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sertaç Çadırcı is titled “Improvement of Standard k-epsilon Turbulence Model for Round Free Jets by Adjusting Closure Coefficients.”
