3rd International Boundary Spanners Project Meeting Held with the Participation of ITU GINOVA

3rd international meeting of the EU Erasmus+ Project called Boundary Spanners Development Programme, of which ITU GINOVA is among the partners, was held. In the meeting held online on September 29, 2021, views were exchanged on current developments in the project and upcoming events.

At the meeting, ITU GINOVA Academic Director Dr. Zeynep Erden Bayazıt made a presentation about the feedback concerning the training program of the last term. The meeting, in which the ongoing training program and other work packages of the project were discussed, concluded with the general assessment of the project’s coordinator organization University Industry Innovation Network (UIIN).

The next international meeting of the project will be organized by ITU in November 2022.

What is Boundary Spanners Development Programme?

The Boundary Spanners Development Programme is a project for those who want to improve themselves in the field of university-industry cooperation that aims to eliminate the barriers between universities and their regional, national and international stakeholders by enabling participants to develop their skills in this field. The project, carried out under the coordination of the Netherlands-based University Industry Innovation Network (UIIN), includes a total of ten partners from various European countries.

The three-year project is supervised by Prof. Dr. Şebnem Burnaz on behalf of ITU GINOVA and the project team consists of Dr. Zeynep Erden Bayazıt and Dr. Alper Yurttaş.
