Applications for TEKNOFEST 2026 Have Started

Applications are now open for the TEKNOFEST 2026 technology competitions. The deadline for applications for this year's festival, which will be held in Şanlıurfa under the theme “Zero Point of History,” is February 20! Applications for the TEKNOFEST are open to everyone and participation is free of charge.

The 2026 technology competitions organized as part of TEKNOFEST, the world's largest aviation, space, and technology festival, will bring together participants who are passionate about technology and innovation in Şanlıurfa, the birthplace of civilizations. The festival will be held at Şanlıurfa GAP Airport between September 30 and October 4, 2026.

Competitions to be held for the first time are attracting attention

Continuing its tradition as the “The Festival of Firsts,” TEKNOFEST also stands out with competitions that are open for applications for the first time in 2026. The Electronic Warfare Competition, Advanced Autonomous Systems Design and Operation Competition, TEKNOFEST Mining Technologies Competition, and FPV Drone Tracking Competition are among the competitions to be held for the first time this year.

In addition, categories that have attracted significant interest, such as the Rocket Competition, Agricultural Technologies Competition, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Competition, Steel Dome Air Defense Systems Competition, Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare Competition, and Secure Satellite Communications Competition, are also awaiting applications from technology enthusiasts in 2026.

52 categories, record prizes, and material support

TEKNOFEST 2026 will enable young people to turn their dreams into projects with technology competitions organized in 52 main categories and 127 subcategories this year. Participants will be offered a total of 75 million TL in prizes and over 100 million TL in material support for innovation and production-focused projects competing at the festival.
