ITU Racing Team Secured the Turkish Championship

The ITU Racing Team became the overall winner in the Electric Category at the Formula Student Türkiye Competition, which was held for the first time this year. ITU Racing secured first place in engineering design, cost & manufacturing, business plan presentation, autocross, and endurance stages.

12 teams participated in Formula Student Türkiye with 7 vehicles. Two of the vehicles competed in the internal combustion category, and five in the electric category. In the competition held at the TOSFED Körfez Racetrack between October 22-26, 2025, our ITU Racing Team competed in the Electric Category and won first place.

Thanks to the competition, Turkish Formula Student teams will be able to share knowledge among themselves and with graduate judges, allowing them to go to international competitions prepared. Thus, the goal is to make Türkiye more successful in Formula Student and to ensure the participation of teams from the international community in Türkiye.

The goal is for teams from the international community to also compete in Formula Student Türkiye in the coming years.
