First Prize to Our Research Assistants’ Presentation at IEEE SIU 2024 Conference

ITU Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering research assistants won the first prize in the Best Oral-Visual Presentation Article Competition at the IEEE SIU 2024 Conference held on May 15-18.

Our University’s Faculty of Computer and Informatics, Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering research assistants Şeyma Takır, Barış Bilen, and Doğukan Arslan, won the first prize in the Best Oral-Visual Presentation Article Competition at the IEEE SIU 2024 Conference with their work titled 'Sentiment Analysis in Turkish Sign Language Through Facial Expressions and Hand Gestures'. The prize certificate was presented to our research assistants at the conference held at Tarsus University on May 15-18.
