Turquality and Brand Speciality Vision Program at ITU Ended
“Turquality and Brand Speciality Vision Program”, organized with the collaboration of ITU Continuing Education Center, Progroup and TDKF, ended with the diploma ceremony and special lecture held at Süleyman Demirel Cultural Center on April 30.

Istanbul Technical University’s (ITU) “Turquality and Brand Speciality Vision Program”, which started on February 9 and aimed at developing university-industry-public cooperation, was completed on April 30, 2024, after 66 hours of training.
In his closing speech, our Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Koyuncu pointed out that they have come to the end of a very important training period on current topics in terms of branding and thanked the names from the business and bureaucracy sectors who shared their experiences throughout the training. Our Rector emphasized that one of the important outcomes of this program is the establishment of a business council that will consist of representatives of ITU and the business world.
Our Rector Prof. Dr. İsmail Koyuncu, Minister of Trade Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat, TDKF President and former Minister of State Kürşad Tüzmen, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Progroup and TDKF Executive Board Chairman Dr. Salim Çam concluded the “Turquality and Brand Speciality Vision Program” with a special lecture.
On the last day of the program, Orka Holding D’S Damat Chairman of the Board Süleyman Orakçıoğlu made a presentation on “Branding”. Afterwards, Kürşad Tüzmen, Hakan Güldağ, Dr. Salim Çam and Berkay Öztürk shared their experiences with the participants in the panel titled “Twin Transformation and Brand Relationship”.
A total of 46 participants took part in the program, including 22 experts, managers and candidates from companies and 24 students from ITU, YTU and Koç University. During the training period, lectures were given on topics such as foreign currency earning activities, Turquality business model algorithm, brand marketing, new product development, planning management, export-oriented growth, artificial intelligence and digitalization, project and human resources management. An exam was held at the end of the training. Successful participants were entitled to receive certificates. The event ended after the presentation of certificates to the participants and a photo shoot.
