TUSEB Aziz Sancar Award to Our Faculty Member

ITU Faculty of Mechanical Engineering faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mert Gür received the 2023 Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar Science, Service and Incentive Award from TUSEB.

Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Department of Mechanical Engineering faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mert Gür received the 2023 Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar Science, Service and Incentive Award from the Presidency of the Health Institutes of Türkiye (TUSEB), named after Nobel Laureate Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar. 

Assoc. Prof. Gür, who is currently conducting his scientific studies as a visiting associate professor at the Pitt School of Medicine, Department of Computational and Systems Biology in the United States upon the assignment of ITU, has previously received awards such as TÜBİTAK National Outstanding Researcher, TUSEB Incentive, and TÜBA GEBİP.
