TÜBİTAK Support for 11 Projects

Scientific evaluation results of TÜBİTAK-ARDEB 1001 projects for the 2nd period of 2022 have been announced. 11 more projects from ITU are entitled to receive support from TÜBİTAK.

The scientific evaluation process of the projects proposed to the Research Funding Programs Directorate (ARDEB) in the 2nd period of 2022 within the framework of TÜBİTAK’s “1001- Scientific and Technological Research Projects Funding Program” has been completed.

A total of 1442 projects were submitted to TÜBİTAK within the scope of the 1001 program in the 2nd period of 2022. 1351 of these projects were subjected to scientific evaluation. As a result of the evaluation, it was decided to support 240 of the projects and that for 152 of the project proposals application can be made until January 22, 2023 without waiting for the next period. 11 projects prepared and submitted by ITU academics are among the projects to be supported.

Projects, for which the panel evaluation process was concluded positively and will be evaluated on financial principles and similar issues within the framework of the first paragraph of Article 6 of the Regulation on Project Incentive and Support Principles, that were deemed worthy of support by TÜBİTAK and whose principal investigators are ITU faculty members, are listed as follows:
