ITU Student Information System Has Been Renewed!

Beta version of the New Generation Student Information System developed with the cooperation of ITU Department of Information Technologies and ITU Registrar’s Office is ready for use.

Beta version of the New Generation Student Information System integrated with all ITU systems, where all application processes can be carried out online, was opened to undergraduate students with a more useful interface. However, the development of the project still continues.

With its renewed interface and infrastructure, it is more dynamic!

The renewed system will run together with the old system at https://sis.itu.edu.tr for a while. Course enrollment processes in the 2020/2021 Summer Term will be done through the Beta version of our new system. Then we will complete the project step by step and switch from the Beta version to the main version.

Undergraduate students can access the Beta version of the New Generation Student Information System via the link below. Summer School course enrollment will be made via the new system at the time specified in the academic calendar.

During the transition process, students may send their opinions, suggestions and help requests about the project through ITU Assistance at the address https://yardim.itu.edu.tr/biletolustur.aspx?birim=1&kid=1783&akid=0.

Summer School Course Enrollment Operations	Begin: 05 July 2021, 14:00 End: 07 July 2021, 16:00	It will be done through the New Generation Student Information System-BETA Student Information System.
Add/Drop Course Period	12-13 July 2021	It will be done through the New Generation Student Information System-BETA Student Information System.

 

Important Note: Courses taken during these dates will not be viewed in the current Student Information System, but can be viewed on the "Enrolled Courses" page in the New Generation Student Information System-Beta system. After the end of the enrollment on July 13, they will be transferred to the current Student Information System.
