İTÜ COVID-19 Coordination Desk Precaution Policies - 30 October 2020

  1. İTÜ will implement a flexible working model for its academic and administrative staff. Detailed information will be shared by unit managers.
  2. HES code will be queried at the entrances of all buildings within İTÜ Campuses.
  3. İTÜ Mustafa İnan Library will be closed between 31.10.2020 – 07.11.2020 due to disinfection procedures.
  4. İTÜ Nursery School and Preschool will be closed between 31.10.2020 – 16.11.2020 due to disinfection procedures and quarantine process.

All academic and administrative units of İTÜ will implement and supervise the measures taken by İTÜ COVİD-19 Coordination Desk starting from building entrances.
In case of a COVID-19 incident at İTÜ Units, “İTÜ COVID-19 Coordination Desk Measure and Information Form” shall be used. This form shall be filled in by the Unit Manager and sent to the İTÜ COVID-19 Coordination Desk via e-mail.
Remember that precautions are above all else. Complying with mask, distance and hygiene rules is important for both our own health and the health of our loved ones.
